Cancer cells that spread to other parts of the body are called metastases. • Unusual vaginal discharge.

Vaginal discharge is normal for every woman. However, the heavy discharge or uncontrolled can cause a person uncomfortable. One sign of uterine cancer is unusual vaginal discharge. Most patients with this disease have this problem at first. Usually these symptoms occur at early stages of uterine cancer.

• Pain during sex.
